Introducing Engagement Questionnaires

Overview

Fieldguide is excited to introduce Engagement Questionnaires, which allows for questionnaires to be directly linked and viewed within engagements.

This release allows for:

  • Adding new questionnaires to an engagement

  • Linking existing questionnaires to an engagement

  • Clients to complete questionnaires within the engagement

  • Firm members to complete questionnaires (NEW!)

Adding Questionnaires

To add a questionnaire to your engagement, simply select the "Questionnaires" tab within your field guide engagement.

Completing Questionnaires

Once a questionnaire is completed, it will be noted on the questionnaire dashboard. Firm members can go in and view responses, which will tell them who answered the questionnaire and the date it was answered on. If necessary, the questionnaire can be marked as incomplete and edited. Users can also export the questionnaire data into a field guide sheet or a document sheet.

Managing Questionnaires

Questionnaires can be managed from both the engagement dashboard and the client dashboard. From the client dashboard, you can send out new questionnaires, link to existing ones, and choose the respondent. You can also edit linked engagements and add or select as many engagements as needed. As a firm admin, you can create new questionnaires and add them into your engagements as engagement questionnaires.
