Overview
Once a you've created a questionnaire, you can add it to an Engagement by following these steps.
Steps
Step #1: Open the engagement
Navigate to the engagement you want to add the questionnaire to.
Click on the Questionnaires button in the engagement menu at the top of the screen.
Step #2: Select a questionnaire
Click the Send Questionnaire button. From the Questionnaire dropdown, select the questionnaire to be added to the Engagement.
Next, choose the respondent. Firms can choose whether the firm or the client will be the respondent to the questionnaire.
Questionnaires that are client-facing will be viewable by client users.
Questionnaires that are firm-facing will be viewable by firm users with access to the engagement. Clients will not have access to this questionnaire.
Step #3: Send the questionnaire
Click Send to add the questionnaire to the engagement. The questionnaire will appear in a list beneath the Questionnaires tab in the engagement.
