Working with Existing Engagement Questionnaires

When working with existing Engagement Questionnaires, firm users will have the ability to interact with them depending on what type of user the Questionnaire is targeted for - and what stage the questionnaire is in (complete vs. incomplete).

Differences between client-facing and firm-facing questionnaires

Client-facing questionnaires cannot be filled out by firm members. However, firm members can view responses to client questionnaires - even if they are incomplete.

Common functionality among all questionnaire types

Once questionnaires (client or firm-facing) are complete, they can be exported as Sheets. All questionnaires can show a view of responses, allow for unlinking of the questionnaire from the engagement, and allow for the deletion of the questionnaire.

Completed firm and client questionnaires can be marked as incomplete from the questionnaires list; however, for a questionnaire to show as complete, it must be marked complete from within the questionnaire.

  • Unlink questionnaire

  • Delete

  • Export response as Sheet

  • Unlink questionnaire

  • Mark as incomplete
