Show or hide columns

Change column visibility

You can set each column to be visible or hidden from your view by using the toggles in the Columns menu.

Enabling a toggle makes that column visible:

Disabling the toggle makes that column hidden. This does not delete the column — it only hides it from your view.

If your sheet contains shared columns, these will be shown in the Columns menu underneath a header that shows the name of the sheet they are shared from. You can change their visibility settings in the same way described above.
