Syncing sheet rows eliminates the need for manually entering repeated data. If you have rows that share the same controls, tests, and other information, you can enable a 2-way sync. Any changes made to a row will automatically apply to any of its synced rows.

Check if a row is synced
When a row is synced, the sync icon đ displays below the row key. Hover over the sync icon to display a list of rows that the current row is synced with.
Sync rows
Sync rows to overwrite a row with another row's data and then keep them in sync.
Right-click on a row and select Sync rows.
Choose a source row and a destination row. The source row's values overwrite the destination row's values. Use the Swap Direction button if you need to reverse the direction of the sync. To sync multiple rows at once, add multiple rows as destinations.

Select Sync Rows.
Note: If the Sync Rows option is disabled, ensure the row is not locked or signed off. Clear these restrictions to re-enable the feature.
Automatically sync duplicate rows
To sync automatically sync any identical rows in your sheet, open Utilities > Sync Duplicate Rows. Only rows that already contain identical data inside all columns besides the Key column are synced.
Unsync a row
To disable syncing, right-click on a row and select Unsync rows.
