Clone an engagement

A time-saving function within Fieldguide is the ability to clone an engagement. Unlike rollover, cloning creates an exact copy of the engagement. To clone an engagement:

  1. Open the Engagement

  2. Navigate to the Engagement Settings

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the information tab and select Clone Engagement

  4. In the resulting dialog box, fill in the information for your cloned engagement

    1. Engagement Name - Include the year, e.g. 20XX SOC 2 Type II

    2. Engagement Start & End Dates

  5. Select the checkbox for each engagement element you'd like to clone

  6. Clicking Clone

    1. The clone process will provide a progress bar on screen so you are aware of the cloning progress.

    2. Upon completion, you'll be provided the ability to immediately open the cloned engagement.
