Overview
Reports are created by generating a report template. In your generated report, the mail merge tags from your template will be replaced with the data from your engagement’s sheets and forms.
Generate a report
If you don’t already have a report template in your engagement, add it now
Open the Reports tab and view your Report Templates folder on the left side. See here for more information on viewing the folders in the Reports menu.
Right-click your report template and click Generate.
The generated report will open automatically, and it will be saved in your Reports folder on the right side.
Re-generate an existing report
When Fieldguide detects that changes have been made to the report template, you’ll be prompted to regenerate by the banner at the top of the report. Click Generate new version to pull the latest changes into your generated report.
