Setting the Request Status

A Request's Status can be set to indicate its current lifecycle position.

  • Open: the default Status of a Request when it is created

  • Draft: prevents the client from changing the Status of the Request

  • Ready for Review: the client has fulfilled the Request and is ready for the firm to review it

  • Changes Requested: a firm member has found the client's submission to be insufficient, and is requesting that changes be made

  • Complete: a firm member has reviewed the client's submission and has confirmed that it is sufficient

Request Visibility

Setting the status of a request does not change its visibility to the client. To change a request's visibility, select Clients can view, Only Owners can view, or No client access from the Client Access dropdown when creating or editing a request.

Editing a Request

Edit an existing Request by selecting the pencil icon next to the Request name.
