How do I reset my password?

Resetting your password - standard

  1. Point your browser to app.fieldguide.io.

  2. Click Forgot password?

  3. Type your email address (login)

  4. Click Continue

  5. A password reset email is sent to your email associated with Fieldguide.

  6. If you don't receive an email, you can always hit Resend email.

If you haven't accepted your invitation to Fieldguide yet, resetting your password doesn't activate your account. You still can't sign in. Use the link in your invitation email instead. See Accept your Fieldguide invitation.

Resetting your password - SSO (Single sign-on)

Please follow your firm's policies and procedures for resetting your password if you log into Fieldguide using SSO.
