You can use the Vanta integration to import controls into a client's Controls menu.
Before you begin
Before using the Vanta control import feature, you must set up Vanta for import.
Import controls from Vanta
To import controls from Vanta into Fieldguide, follow these steps:
Go to the client’s Controls menu. Open the vertical ellipses menu in the bottom-right and click Import Controls from Integrations.
In the side drawer, select your Vanta connection, the Vanta audit you want to import controls from, and the framework you want to map controls to. Make sure your framework is compatible with these Vanta controls. Fieldguide will display a preview of the control import.
Click Finalize Import. Imported controls will be automatically set to "implemented".
Duplicate control handling
Fieldguide will try to automatically detect and handle duplicate controls for you. A message will appear in the import preview if there are duplicate controls detected, and duplicate controls are de-selected by default. If you want to re-include a control marked as duplicate, you can re-select it here before finalizing the import.
