Field Agents for Request Analysis is an AI-powered feature that helps you determine whether uploaded files meet the requirements of a request. As soon as files are uploaded or deleted, the Request Analysis Agent evaluates them, flags missing or incomplete information, and—when applicable—links files to sample items automatically.
This reduces back-and-forth with clients, provides early visibility into gaps, and accelerates evidence collection.
How it works
When a user uploads or deletes files inside a request, the Request Analysis Agent automatically runs an analysis in the background. Here are the steps:
The agent reviews each file to determine whether it fulfills the request requirements.
It summarizes key details from each document. It flags missing, incomplete, or out-of-period information.
(For sample requests) It automatically links documents to the relevant sample items.
The panel updates automatically and displays a red indicator when new results are available.
You can click the Analysis button at the bottom of the request to view the agent’s findings. You can also ask follow-up questions.
You do not need to manually start or refresh the agent—the system runs automatically.
What the agent analyzes
The agent provides a high-level summary, including:
Whether files address the request description
Whether files meet date or period requirements
Whether anything appears missing or incomplete
For each uploaded file, the agent extracts structured information such as:
Document type
Main facts or findings
Key dates
These details help you quickly validate whether a file supports the request.
Automatic linking for sample requests
If the request is linked to a sample, the agent automatically analyzes each document to determine whether it fulfills the request for specific sample items. Here's how it works:
The agent reviews the sample items and the contents of each file.
It links each file to the sample(s) it appears to support.
You can override or adjust links manually at any time.
When the agent links a file to a sample item, it works the same as if you had linked the file manually. You can review or change these links in the Linked Samples field. For more details about how linked samples behave, see Link files to sample items.
Re-run an analysis
You can manually rerun Request Analysis Agent at any time—for example, if you want to refresh results after making updates or overriding sample linking. A rerun also occurs automatically whenever files are added or removed.
