Using control sets

Use control sets as a template of standard controls and mappings

Overview

A control set is a group of controls and mappings that can be copied to any client. You can add these controls to a client's library or use them as examples.

Access control sets under Settings ⚙️ > Control Sets.

Create a control set

Create a control set manually

  1. Go to Settings ⚙️ > Control Sets.

  2. Click +Control Set.

  3. Name your control set and add a description (optional). Click Create Control Set.

  4. To add controls, click +New and select Create new control or Link existing control.

Create a control set from a framework

If you have a framework with controls inside, you can create a control set from those controls.

  1. Go to Settings > Frameworks and view the framework.

  2. Open the dropdown menu in the top-right and click Create Control Set.

Add a control set to a client's control library

  1. Open the client's Controls menu.

  2. On the Framework filter, select All Controls.

  3. Click +New > Add control set.

  4. Select a control set and click Add controls.
