Add sign offs to a document

Overview

Firm users can sign off on documents in an engagement as a preparer or reviewer.

Sign off on a document

You can sign off from anywhere in your engagement that you access your documents from.

When viewing a list of documents:

  1. Click the ➕ underneath the Sign Offs column on the document.

  2. Select "preparer" or "reviewer" to sign off.

When viewing a document:

  1. Click ➕Sign Off on the toolbar above the document.

  2. Select "preparer" or "reviewer" to sign off.

Remove a sign off from a document

To remove a sign off, hover over the sign off and click the minus button.

Bulk remove sign offs

To bulk remove sign offs from multiple documents:

Only admins can bulk remove sign offs.

  1. While viewing a list of documents, check the box next to all documents you want to remove sign offs from.

  2. Click Remove sign offs.

  3. Use the checkboxes to choose whether to remove preparer sign offs, reviewer sign offs, or both.

  4. Click Remove sign-offs.
