AI Chat for Requests

Use AI to analyze multiple requested documents in context of a control

Overview

AI Request Chat allows you to leverage AI chat capabilities to analyze multiple documents simultaneously in a request. Fieldguide AI is aware of the documents in the request and the data fields on the left-hand side. This lets you ask questions about the uploaded documents while referencing other information, like the description, period, or linked samples.

Chat with Fieldguide AI

  1. Open a request and click Fieldguide AI to open AI Request Chat.

  2. Enter a prompt or question about your documents and Fieldguide AI will respond.

Examples

You can use AI Request Chat to do an initial validation of the documents and make sure they meet the requirements for testing.

For example, you can ask:

  • Does the document match what is requested in the request description?

  • Is the document within the period that I am testing?

  • Does the document match any samples attached to the request?

Caveats

  • It may take a few minutes for Fieldguide AI to process recently uploaded documents. If files were just uploaded, the chat panel may not be visible available right away.

  • AI Chat doesn't currently support analyzing Fieldguide Sheets. Other than that, most files types (.pdf, .docx, .xlsx, images, etc.), files within workspace folders, and reference files within the workspace are supported.

  • It's important to recognize that AI language models may occasionally generate inaccurate information about individuals, locations, or facts. Therefore, please use AI-generated outputs as a reference rather than a substitute for your own judgment.

  • AI Chat can currently only process 30 or fewer documents simultaneously.

Providing feedback

Providing feedback where you see "How would you rate this suggestion" will allow us to improve the AI to make it as productive as possible for you—a simple click to thumbs up or down is all that’s required.

You can optionally give additional feedback after providing a rating. We'd love to hear your thoughts!
