Overview
AI Workspace Chat allows you to leverage AI chat capabilities to analyze multiple documents simultaneously in the workspace. Fieldguide AI is aware of the documents in the workspace and the data fields on the left-hand side. This lets you ask questions about a control's documents while referencing other information from your sheet, like the requirement or test.
Chat with Fieldguide AI
Open the workspace and click Fieldguide AI to open AI Workspace Chat.
Enter a prompt or question about your documents and Fieldguide AI will respond.

Analyze HITRUST requirements
Fieldguide AI can look at your HITRUST requirements and check whether the current policy and procedure documents include the necessary elements.
For example, open the Workspace and ask Fieldguide AI whether the documents fulfill all 6 elements of the requirement/control:

Caveats
It may take a few minutes for Fieldguide AI to process recently uploaded documents. If files were just uploaded, the chat panel may not be visible available right away.
AI Chat doesn't currently support analyzing Fieldguide Sheets. Other than that, most files types (.pdf, .docx, .xlsx, images, etc.), files within workspace folders, and reference files within the workspace are supported.
It's important to recognize that AI language models may occasionally generate inaccurate information about individuals, locations, or facts. Therefore, please use AI-generated outputs as a reference rather than a substitute for your own judgment.
AI Chat can currently only process 30 or fewer documents simultaneously.
