Overview
The Contract Usage dashboard gives insights into the number, type, and projections for your engagements. Use this to understand how your team is using Fieldguide compared to the numbers specified in your contract.
System admins can access the dashboard under Settings > Admin > Contract Usage.
Firm Admin can also access this dashboard with the correct permissions
The dashboard is automatically updated daily with your latest Fieldguide data.
Contract, usage, and forecast
Engagements Contracted: Displays the number of engagements your firm has contracted. Each framework used in an engagement counts as one contracted engagement. For instance, if an engagement involves SOC 1 and SOC 2, it's counted as two engagements.
Engagements to Date: Displays the number of engagements your firm has created so far.
Engagements Forecasted: Displays the number of engagements Fieldguide predicts you'll have by the end of your contract period, based on your usage so far.
View your contract period at the top-right:
Monthly Forecasted Engagements: Displays the cumulative number of engagements created and forecasted by the end of the contract period.
Engagements Created by Month: Displays the number of engagements created each month.
Engagements by Service Line: Displays the number of engagements by service line.
Engagements
View a table of all your firm's engagements.
Filter this table based on specific columns, such as engagement status or service line.
Export data
You can export the table to Excel, CSV or PDF format.
