Set the status of an engagement

Overview

Set an engagement's status to mark which stage an engagement is in and help teammates keep tabs on engagement progress. There are four statuses:

  • Pending

  • In Progress

  • Closed

  • Archived

Set an engagement's status

  1. In your engagement, open the Engagement settings.

  2. On the Information tab, use the Status dropdown to select the engagement status: 'Pending', 'In Progress', or 'Complete'. Click Update engagement to save.

To set an engagement's status to 'Archived', archive the engagement.
