Overview
Enable track changes on a form to see edits made by firm or client users. There are two ways to track changes:
Track client users' changes for an entire form
Track firm users' changes to specific form fields
Track client changes
This setting is configured at the form level, and allows you to see edits made by the client, reply with a comment, and to approve or deny their changes.
To see any tracked changes, you'll need to click your cursor into the form field.
Enable this option in the form's settings by choosing the option "Clients can edit with track changes."
Track firm changes
This setting is configured on individual form fields, and allows you to track internal firm users' edits to the field.
This setting is only available for formatted text fields.
Enable this option by using the Track changes toggle in the form field's toolbar.
