Custom engagement permissions options

Overview

Engagement permissions can be customized for a firm member by assigning an engagement permission group to that user in the Access tab of the engagement settings.

Document and Sheet Locking permissions

Users with the Document and Sheet Locking permission can lock and unlock engagement files, reports, and sheets to prevent edits during review handoffs or after sign-off. Locked items are read-only for all users until unlocked. For more information, see Lock and unlock documents.
