Overview

Fulfilling requests for audit data is often a tedious process, requiring team members to manually log in to multiple systems, search for the data, export the data, and then submit the information.

To streamline the data request process, Fieldguide offers over 75 pre-packaged integrations that can be used by clients to connect 3rd-party software and pull data in to fulfill the request. Fieldguide integrations minimize the hassle, delays, and potential errors with capturing disparate data from multiple systems, consolidating different data formats and communication protocols, and resolving any technical issues across multiple systems.

Add an integration

Clients must have an admin role in order to add integrations

  1. Go to Settings ⚙️ > Integrations.

  2. Browse through the categories (HR, Ticketing, Accounting or Cloud) and select your application.

  3. Follow the steps on screen to complete the authorization process.

  4. Enable Fieldguide to access the integration data.

  5. You will receive an email when the integration is ready to use.

Pull data into a request

Once the integration has been initialized and successfully integrated, you can start pulling data directly into requests.

  1. Open the request you want to import data into.

  2. Click Import Data.

  3. Select the application to import from and select what data to to import.

  4. Wait for the import to complete. Once finished, review the data.

  5. Upload any additional evidence (if needed) and click Send for Review to submit the request.
