How do I add a Task in an Engagement?

To add a Task in an Engagement, you can add it in any of the following places:

  • Dashboard

  • Sheets

  • Forms

  • Documents

Let's take a look at how to add a Task via the Engagement Dashboard.

Creating a Task from the Engagement Dashboard

  1. On the Engagement Dashboard, click the Add Task (blue) button.

  2. Fill in the task information:

    • Mandatory fields:

      • Title*

    • Optional fields:

      • Due On (optional)

      • Assigned to (optional)

      • Notes

      • Recurrence

      • Tags

  3. Click Add Task.
