You can decide whether or not you want the client to view or edit a Form by modifying the permissions. The permission options are:
Clients cannot view or edit
Client can view, but not edit
Clients can view and edit with track changes
Client can view and edit
Tracking Client Changes
The track changes setting allows you to see edits made by the client, reply with a comment, and to approve or deny their changes.
