Add page breaks to a report

Overview

When setting up a report template, you may want a table or paragraph to start on a new page. We do not recommend using the Enter key to move to a separate page, because if any content changes above that, the spacing will become misaligned from the end of the page. Instead, use Microsoft Word’s page break function.

Insert a page break

  1. Place your cursor where you want one page to end and the next to begin

  2. Go to the Insert tab and click Page Break
