When you have multiple rows in a Sheet with the same control, those rows should be automatically synchronized. When you add a Request to one row, all synced rows with that same control will also display that same Request.

Hint: Look for the paperclip icon in the Key column indicating the rows are synced. If you need to, access the 3 dots (...) menu in the upper-right and choose Sync Duplicate Rows to run this utility.
