A Request's Status can be set by firm users to indicate its current lifecycle position.
Open: the default Status of a Request when it is created
Draft: prevents the client from changing the Status of the Request
Ready for Review: the client has fulfilled the Request and is ready for the firm to review it
Changes Requested: a firm member has found the client's submission to be insufficient, and is requesting that changes be made
Complete: a firm member has reviewed the client's submission and has confirmed that it is sufficient
Your client will have the option to change a Request's status to Ready for Review to indicate that they have uploaded the requested documents.
