When you create a new request, client users can view it by default. You can adjust the request's client visibility settings by selecting one of three options from the Client Access dropdown:
Clients can view (default): the request will be visible to all client admins and any client member assigned to the request
Only Owners can view: the request will only display for client users selected in the Client Owners field
No client access: the request will not display to any client user and users in the Client Owners field will not receive notifications about changes to it
To edit a request's visibility, click on its row from the Requests tab and select a new visibility option from the Client Access dropdown. You can also bulk update request visibility. Changing a request's status does not impact its visibility to client users.
