Use the bulk actions toolbar to edit multiple sheet rows at the same time. Some bulk actions you can perform are:
Edit, move, lock, and delete sheet rows.
Change row values, height, and color.
Sign off on sheet rows.
To perform a bulk action on sheet rows, follow these steps:
Use the checkboxes in the left margin of your sheet to select rows. Select rows individually, or use the checkbox left of the column header row to select all visible rows.
After selecting rows, choose an action from the bulk actions toolbar at the top of the sheet.
Double-check that you’ve only selected the intended rows before performing any action. Certain actions, like deleting rows, can't always be undone.
