Can I filter my Inbox? I want to have a specific view available based on what I need.

Filtering Options:

There are a few ways users can filter their Inbox Screen:

  1. On the left menu, there are options allowing you to filter down by things such as a specific Engagement, Users assigned to the Request or Tasks, Statuses, Tags, and created by.

  2. In the top right, there is a button to turn on the column filter options. Once selected, users have the ability to filter at the top of each column.

  3. Lastly, users can filter quickly by status by selecting and deselecting the different statuses in the top right of the Inbox Screen.
