To view which template an engagement was created from, go to Engagement Settings > Information and check the Template field.
To view the template directly, click See Engagement template.
If the engagement wasn't created from a template, this field displays "None".
Troubleshooting: Connecting an engagement to a template
It isn't possible to take an existing engagement that was not created from an engagement template and then connect it to a template afterward. If you need an engagement to be tied to a template (for things like methodology updates, scoping, etc.), the currently supported path is to:
Create a new engagement from the desired engagement template, and
Copy or migrate the necessary data (sheets/documents/requests) from the old engagement into the new one.
