You can save custom Fieldguide AI Chat prompts to the prompt library to reuse them across chats. The prompt library can store personal prompts and firm-wide prompts.
Load a prompt
Click Load Prompt in an AI Chat window to browse prompts from the library. Select a prompt to insert it into the chat message composer. You can make edits to the prompt before running it inside the chat.
Manage the prompt library
Manage existing prompts and create new prompts in Settings > Prompt Library.
Non-admin firm users can manage their personal prompts.
Admins can manage firm-wide prompts.
Quick-save a prompt
Click Save Prompt below a prompt you’ve previously sent in an AI Chat session to quickly add it to the library.
