Display column aggregates on a trial balance

Calculate totals on your financial audit sheet

The column aggregation row automatically calculates and shows a total value for a column at the bottom of each section.

To access the aggregation display settings for a column:

Column aggregations are only available in New Sheets. Enable New Sheets on your sheet to access this feature.

  1. Open the Edit column menu on the column.

  2. To display an aggregate, turn on the Aggregate totals toggle and select an aggregation type. To stop displaying an aggregate, turn this toggle off.

  3. Click Update Column.
