Copilot Chat: Document Citations

Copilot Chat now includes citations with automated source document highlights, available in both single- and multi-document chat.

Ask questions across multiple documents, receive cited responses, and click through to view automatically highlighted excerpts in the original documents!

  • Copilot Chat sessions now support up to 30 documents – with support for more documents coming soon!

  • AI Actions now utilize even more powerful AI designed to improve quality and accuracy for text-based actions and basic math.

Financial Audit

  • Financial Statement Automation is now available to streamline income statement and balance sheet generation based on Firm Templates

  • Adjustment Exports allow your team to export adjustment data to Excel to share with clients.

  • Account Mapping has been improved to include improved filtering and bulk update capabilities to make correcting and updating mapping faster and easier.

  • Add Trial Balance values to other FG sheets allows users to templatize different Workpapers at the firm-level and auto-populate them based on standardized Trial Balance data within an engagement.

  • Display Section totals in Sheets allows users to more easily see the total of different Audit Areas (sections), helpful for analytic review & to tie out work performed to the Financial Statements.

Engagement Management

  • Engagement Lead Filtering on the Engagements screen to improve efficiency and easy of use. Learn more.

  • Custom Engagement IDs can now be (optionally) added to engagements during creation for teams that want to maintain consistent IDs between Fieldguide and other systems. Learn more.

  • HITRUST requirement scoping enhancement is now available to accelerate HITRUST workflows. Learn more.

  • See what’s changed on a sheet row when viewing tasks. This feature is now available in beta to help streamline reviewer workflows.

  • Clean date conversion from Excel improves the formatting and readability of imported date fields. Learn More.

Documents & Reporting

  • Report Bullet Formatting Improvements now enable you to create fully customize bullet formats in your reports to streamline your report generation workflow!

  • PDF Conversion Improvements: Retaining Versions now allows you to create a new file version when converting to PDF – preserving links to the original document and ensuring the PDF is updated wherever it is linked. Learn more.

  • Report Builder: Merge Table Cells allows you to automatically merge cells with matching contents to improve the readability of your reports. Learn more.

  • Expanded File Automation Naming Rules automatically renames copied files with a Request ID to streamline your workflows. Learn more.

  • Keyword document search allows you to search for documents using keywords (not just document names) making it much easier and efficient to locate key documents and information.

Platform

  • Automated engagement, team, and client setup is now available via Fieldguide APIs. Learn More.

  • Fieldguide APIs now support request comments to enable more collaborative integrated experiences.

  • Client deletion is now restricted to System Admins to ensure important deletion actions are reserved for those with the appropriate role. Learn more.

  • “Invited” user status to more easily identify users who’ve not yet logged in to Fieldguide.

  • System Admin role. This new role helps you limit access to sensitive system permissions in Fieldguide, including data deletion abilities. Learn more.
